基于多源数据构建县域尺度的土地绿色利用效率评价体系,运用超效率SBMUN模型、ML指数和地理加权回归模型,探究江西省县域土地绿色利用效率的时空分异及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)2013—2020年江西省县域土地绿色利用效率均值总体偏低,不同区位、不同类型的县域决策单元间存在明显差异,市辖区、县级市的土地绿色利用效率大于其他县域,赣南、赣北、赣中依次降低。(2)土地利用效率经过了“先减后增,总体提升”的动态变化,市辖区、县级市的效率波动大于其他县域,邻近县域的效率变动趋势趋同。(3)根据影响因素的异质性特征,分为经济发展和政府作用主导的赣南区域,产业结构主导的赣西、赣中区域,对外开放和基础设施主导的赣北区域。应因地制宜、因县施策,差异化提升江西省县域土地绿色利用效率。
This paper constructs a county-scale land green use efficiency (LGUE) evaluation index system based on multisource data, and uses the super-efficient SBM-UN model, Malmquist Luenberger index, and geographically weighted regression model to explore the spatial and temporal variation of LGUE in counties of Jiangxi Province and its influencing factors. The results show that: (1) From 2013 to 2020, the average value of LGUE in Jiangxi Province is generally low, and there are obvious differences between different types and locations of counties; the LGUE of municipal districts and county-level cities is greater than that of ordinary counties, and the average efficiency in southern Jiangxi, northern Jiangxi, and central Jiangxi decrease in that order. (2) LGUE has experienced a dynamic change of “first decreasing, then increasing, and generally improving”.The efficiency of municipal districts and county-level cities fluctuates a range larger than that of ordinary counties, while the efficiency of neighboring counties tends to change in the same way. (3) According to the heterogeneous characteristics of the influencing factors, it can be divided into southern Jiangxi, dominated by economic development and government role, western and central Jiangxi, dominated by industrial structure; and northern Jiangxi, dominated by opening to the outside world and infrastructure. Different counties should take measures adapted to local conditions to improve LGUE.
