根据广州市居民1 090份调查问卷数据,以效果阶层理论框架为基础,运用感知价值理论以理性和感性双重视角下构建老旧小区改造居民参与意愿的研究模型,运用结构方程模型进行合理性检验。结果表明:感知价值与满意度对老旧小区改造参与意愿均有显著影响,综合路径系数从大到小依次为服务价值、情感价值、政策价值、功能价值、公共价值;感性要素对居民参与意愿影响相较于理性要素更大;满意度在感知价值各要素对参与改造意愿的影响中均起到部分中介作用;控制变量中,性别、学历和工作状况作用效果不显著,但年龄、居住时长、收入情况对居民参与意愿起到显著作用。
Based on the data of 1 090 questionnaires from Guangzhou residents, and the theoretical framework of effect stratum, the perceived value theory was used to construct a research model of the participation intention of residents in the reconstruction of old residential areas from both rational and perceptual perspectives, and the structural equation model was used to test the rationality. The results show that perceived value and satisfaction have significant effects on the willingness to participate in the renovation of old residential areas, the comprehensive path coefficient from large to small is service value, emotional value, policy value, functional value and public value. In the control variables, gender, educational background and work status had no significant effect. Perceptual factors have more influence on residents’ participation intention than rational factors. Satisfaction degree plays a partial mediating role in the influence of perceived value on participation intention. Among the control variables, gender, education background and working status had no significant effect, but age, residence duration and income had significant effect on residents’ participation intention.
