以广东省惠州市巽寮湾为案例地,通过收集携程、马蜂窝和小红书等平台上发布的目的地相关游记内容,运用扎根理论和IPA分析法对游客在滨海旅游目的地体验过程及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明:通过扎根理论分析得到品牌认知、距离认知等32个初始概念,自然景观、人文资源等8个初始范畴,行前决策、游中体验和游后行为3个主范畴,并构建了基于时间线索的游客滨海旅游体验模型。运用IPA分析法对“游中体验”涉及的22个因子进行分析归类,得出“住宿设施与服务”“海岸地貌”等是影响游客滨海旅游体验的重要因素,而“交通设施与服务”“物价水平”等则是需要重点改善提升的方面。
Taking Xunliao Bay, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province as an example,this paper collects the content of destinationrelated travel notes published on Ctrip, Mafengwo and Xiaohongshu, and studied the experience process of tourists in coastal tourism destinations and its influencing factors by using grounded theory and IPA analysis. Based on grounded theory analysis, 32 initial concepts such as brand cognition and distance cognition, 8 initial categories such as natural landscape and cultural tourist resources, and 3 main categories such as pre-travel decision-making, in-travel experience and after-travel behavior are obtained. The coastal tourism experience model of tourists is constructed based on time clues.The IPA analysis method is used to analyze and classify the 22 factors involved in “travel experience”. The results show that “accommodation facilities and services”,“coastal landscape” are important factors affecting tourists’ coastal tourism experience, while “transportation facilities and services”, “price level” are areas that need to be improved.
