城市开发强度、整合度和城市活力的联动效应——以福建省石狮市中心城区为例

摘要

以福建省石狮市中心城区为例,利用空间分析和空间句法等分析城市开发强度、整合度和城市活力的分布特征及三者之间的联动效应,探索对城市聚类空间分异研究的新途径。结果表明:① 研究区开发强度具有“圈层+轴线”分布特征,沿商业用地呈轴线明晰的高开发强度;整合度和城市活力“中—高—中—低”圈层分布明晰,空间分布不均,沿商业用地和商住混合用地形成了具有带动城市活力的商业环带。② 地块的区位条件、用地功能等是城市开发强度、整合度和城市活力之间联动效应的决定因素,解析三者之间联动效应的内在机制可以将研究区精确划定为9个聚类空间分异类型。这种联动效应的应用可以引导城市空间结构的调控和城市问题的生态治理。

Abstract

The research used spatial analysis and space syntax to analyze the distribution characteristics of urban development intensity, integration, and urban vitality and the linkage effect among them, and explored new ways to study the spatial differentiation of urban clusters in Shishi City, Fujian Province. The results show that:① The development intensity of the central city of Shishi is characterized by “circle+axis” distribution, with high development intensity along the business land with clear axes. And the spatial distribution of the “medium-high-middle-low” circle of integration and urban vitality is clear and uneven, and a business ring with urban vitality is formed along the business land and mixed business and residential land. ② The location conditions and land use functions of urban land are the determinants of the linkage effect among urban development intensity, integration, and urban vitality, and the analysis of the inner mechanism of the linkage effect among the three can precisely classify the study area into 9 clusters of spatial differentiation types. The application of this linkage effect can guide the regulation of urban spatial structure and the ecological management of urban problems.
